reinstallazione windows 7 Home Premium oa 64 Bit ITA

Buongiorno ho avuto un crash del hdd, ho dovuto sostiturlo con uno nuovo, ma non riesco a far partire i disk di recovery .

Non so più come fare,  come posso ripristinare il sistema operativo windows 7 a 64 bit, in considerazione che ho una licenza x windows 10 pro, ma mi fà l'aggiornamento  e non l'istallazione iniziale ed all'atto dello scarico devo avere un sistema operativo a 64 bit.

Ciao ho avuto un crash del disco rigido, ho dovuto sostituire con uno nuovo, ma non posso utilizzare il disco di ripristino. 
Non so più cosa fare, devo ripristinare il sistema operativo windows 7 64 bit, visto che ho una licenza x windows 10 pro, che mi permette l'attivazione solo iniziale se ho un sistema operativo a 64 bit durante lo scaricamento.
