Trying to reset the bios password but I couldn't. Any idea what is the code for this?
reset bios password for 15 touch smart (cnd4422hxx)

Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.

Tried to reset or even update the bios to original but it's telling me that the bios can't be updated or even restore to previous image. Any suggestion? I think this is my issue with this laptop because it's keep dropping windows and so slow.
