Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, i need to acces my bios but i don't know the password so i want to reset/delete it.

When I failed 3 times i have this code: System SN: [Personal Information Removed].

I tried with HP BIOS Configuration Utility and this command biosconfigutility.exe /newsetuppassword:""  but after i have this error code:

<ERROR msg="Unable to process command. Password is set, but no password file is provided" />

<ERROR msg="BCU return value" real="10" translated="10" />

I tried few solutions on internet but nothing worked and I know nothing about bios so I don't really understand.
