Product: hp 15-f272wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I have been trying to reset my hp to factory state. when I used hp recovery manager, I was not able to reset it because it was  asking for the windows disc which should have come with the laptop.  however mine didn't since it was refurbished. Is there a way to reset it if you do not have any resetting media.

 

I have already try http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01684768 but it did not work. I can't even get into f11 mode.

You will need to order Recovery Media from your Support page. Last item in the list:
