Hi, i'm trying to reset my netbook back to factory settings, everytime i try it won't let me as it says the system is full, i have deleted all i can and its still saying i need to delete 4gbs still.
would really appreciate any advice?

So you need to delete another 4 gig, and/or make a USB from here if possible.
Create Windows 10 installation media
To get started, you will first need to have a license to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool. For more information on how to use the tool, see the instructions below.
Which may be achievable within the space you have.
If the storage is a 32 Gig unit you need to offload everything onto a USB stick of 32 Gig capacity.
Try Ccleaner to reduce the cruft.
I run a command to delete .tmp files
del c:\*.tmp /s
If in doubt please ask.
