when i go to HP cloud tool installand put ID Product it doesnt find my laptop

HP has stopped supporting Cloud Recovery for many consumer laptops that are 5+ years old. If your laptop was manufactured around 2020 or earlier, it may no longer be in HP’s cloud recovery database. Your best option is to use a Microsoft Windows 11 ISO to create a bootable USB. Use it to install Windows, then run Windows Update; it will automatically install HP drivers. For HP-specific apps, you can download them from the HP driver page for your laptop. That’s all, you don’t need to rely on HP’s factory default recovery.

@Venom21 is correct about the cloud recovery.

Unfortunately, the serial number you provided was removed by a moderator due to HP official policy.

There are other ways to recovery to factory default.  

Go here and enter the serial number of your laptop.

If (yes IF) your laptop shows up then select it.

At the support web site select "Software & Drivers"

Then select Windows 10 (or whatever is newer)

See if you have the HP Recovery Manager

Older PCs use that recovery manager as shown here (do not download as it might not be for your PC)

Depending on how old your PC is you may restore to windows 7 instead of windows 10.  The recovery manager obtains recovery media from a secret partition on your disk. If you ever replaced your disk you probably lost that recovery media.
