HP ProBook 450 G2

Hello.
I have a HP ProBook 450 G2 laptop, serial number CND52710JT.
I have a BIOS admin password that I can't reset.
When I enter it incorrectly three times, the "System Disabled" code does not appear, so the standard methods do not work.
Please provide the SMC.bin file or another way to reset the BIOS password.
I can provide proof of ownership, a photo of the laptop, a screenshot of the BIOS and stickers.

Appreciate you connecting with the HP Community.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your concern regarding the BIOS administrator password on your HP ProBook 450 G2.

Please note that HP does not have access to or provide BIOS administrator passwords due to strict security policies. To resolve this, you will need to contact your system or network administrator who originally set up the password. They will be able to assist you in unlocking or resetting it.

If the device is personally owned, we recommend visiting the nearest HP Authorized Service Center along with proof of ownership (purchase invoice and laptop details). The service team will verify ownership and guide you through the next authorized steps.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
