Older BIOS for your system are here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-pavilion-15.6-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-15-ec2000/mode...

Expand the phrase Revision History

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on. . Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

HP releases newer UEFI diagnostics periodically.
When you select F2 during boot you are requesting UEFI diagnostics.
There is an updated diagnostics package Click Here
Look for the phrase 'issues outside the OS',
Expand the'+'symbol and click the DOWNLOAD button.

If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty and Click here for world-wide contact info

Make sure you have the latest Microsoft Windows updates and have also run the HP support assistant to check for updates.

I have tried every diagnostic but nothing detects as fault.

Also i have downloaded my older bios version but when i want to install it via usb they say  "BIOS RECOVERY FILE CANNOT BE FOUND OR CORRUPTED"  is there any way to fix this corruption. Note that the usb used is in FAT32.

My Last Question is Would HP release any BIOS UPDATE soon to fix this problem?

After downloading the bios you run it and select the option to create a USB..

If you still have the USB with the f.23 bios then look in the USB for two files named 088DD

09/15/2024 09:48 AM 16,777,216 088DD.bin
09/15/2024 09:48 AM 256 088DD.sig

if you find them in a subfolder then copy and paste them into the root (top) of the USB flash

Also, press F10 and go into the BIOS setup and verify that your ROM SSID is 088DD

If the BIOS family has a different SSID then the BIOS is the wrong download

You mentioned that you're getting a blue screen when you try to boot up. That actually indicates that Windows is starting. Try booting in windows safe mode

First read this article about safe mode. Skip down to 'Enter safe mode from outside windows. If F11 does not get you into system recovery then try turning the power on and off three or more times in a row.

Try that Startup Repair shown just above.

If that does not work then go for a Restore Point.

This video describes how to use a restore point. Ignore that it shows windows working. Clicking on System Restore will bring up the list of restore points similar to what is in the below video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sixGAIiPTlE

If there are no restore points or the restore point is so far back that you'll lose a lot of programs then you need to bring up the device manager and see if you can fix the problem.

Find the device that has the error icon and try to fix it.

i created a new USB recovery with the files you mentioned before on top but i still get the same "YOUR BIOS RECOVERY FILES CANNOT BE FOUND OR CORRUPTED".

You mentioned to check my ROM SSID but when i go to BIOS i can't find it there how can i know. Also when i want to download any driver i let HP DETECT MY LAPTOP so it can't be wrong.

last thing as i questioned you before is there any NEW BIOS release soon so it fix this problem.

and my blue screen error  stop code is "VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL"

In your laptop the SSID is called System Board ID

BeemerBiker_0-1726455338635.png

HP also calls it the family rom id and that ID need to match the bios file

The ID should be 088DD on your laptop.

I got the above from a BIOS simulator for a 15-ec laptop

That error message about the memory is known to be a graphic driver problem.

Did you try booting in windows safe mode?  if you can then completely uninstall the video driver.

From looking at the BIOS history there's no warning that one version cannot be rolled back to a previous one. You should be able to roll the BIOS back to an older version unless the boot loader is defective.

when the message about the bios not being found showed up, were you holding down Windows key and the  B?  Did you see the led on the flash drive blinking?  If the LED was not blinking it was not reading the USB flash.

Take the laptop to a shop and let them roll back the BIOS.

Greetings.

Based on what you said my SSID is 88DE. But when i enter my drivers website on HP's it gives me the 088DD.

Also i tried to boot on safe mode and uninstalled my Graphic Card Driver and Installed the Latest one and still faced the same problem,

When i boot to BIOS recovery with the USB i still get the message, and without it it only rewrite the current Bios Image
