I turned on my laptop this morning, and Automatically appeared on the screen an HP notice with arabic letters. I am really worry about it. I don't even know arabic

Do you still see the screen with Arabic letters?
If yes, kindly send a picture of the same in your next post.

Turn off the computer.

Remove any discs and USB devices.

Remove memory cards from the card reader slot.
-
Disconnect all non-essential devices such as printers, scanners, external hard drives.
-
Leave only the mouse, keyboard, and monitor connected.
After you have removed all discs and devices, turn on the computer.
Power reset the Notebook as shown in this document.
Make sure the PC is not connected to a guest or a open network.
Run a virus scan on the computer.
