Hi @mour153,

If your HP ProBook 450 G3 displays the message www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup”, it usually indicates that the system encountered an issue during startup. This message is often accompanied by an error code or additional information that can help identify the cause. Below are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart the notebook
Begin with a standard restart, as temporary startup issues can sometimes resolve after a reboot.

  2. Check for error codes or messages
Carefully note any error codes or additional messages displayed on the screen, as these are important for diagnosing the problem.

  3. Access the BIOS
Power off the notebook, then turn it back on and repeatedly press the Esc key to open the Startup Menu.
Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility and verify that the internal hard drive is detected and the boot order is configured correctly.

  4. Run hardware diagnostics
Restart the system and press Esc at startup, then select F2 to run HP hardware diagnostics. This can help identify potential hardware-related issues.

  5. Attempt Safe Mode startup
Try starting the system in Safe Mode to check whether Windows loads successfully. This can help determine if the issue is software-related.

  6. Use system recovery options
If the system fails to start multiple times, it may enter Automatic Repair. From there, you can try Startup Repair or perform a System Restore using the advanced recovery options.

These steps should help diagnose and resolve most startup-related issues on the HP ProBook 450 G3.
