Hello @yaela
Welcome !
- I guess you tried to restart the PC already. Did you press the power-on button and hold it for 5-6 seconds ? Then try to start the PC back again...
- Can you elaborate on what kind of an update you have performed. Provide details, please.
- It looks like a software issue (based on your description), but just to be sure, can you please run a hardware diagnostics (Esc/F2) so that we rule out a hardware issue ? Run a fast/quick test if available . Here is an example video >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA
Looking forward to your update.

- Could you provide information on the update you have performed - was it a BIOS update, Windows update, driver update .... ?
Please, turn off the computer by pressing the power-on button for 5-6 seconds until it powers off completely.
Watch the video instructions
Start the computer by pressing the power on and immediately after that begin pressing the Esc button repeatedly.
HP start up menu should appear and then press F2 for hardware diagnostics
Let me know the results.

Thank you for your update, @yaela Apologies I could not reply back earlier. I also just read your PM.
It looks like an issue with the power-up and may be a BIOS issue. Also the BIOS update which you mentioned leads me towards this direction.
- Try BIOS recovery using one of the methods described in this official articles (videos also available there) >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04126730
Let me know if that works for you
Note that BIOS update is usually a risky procedure and should be avoided unless you experience any specific BIOS issues or for high severity updates

@yaela wrote:I don't have that kind of computer to try that
But I did tried it before and it did not worked
Could you elaborate , please ? What kind of computer you mean ?
The instructions posted above are generic and apply to most HP computers (if not to all of them)
To be more precise, would you be able to post your exact computer model and its product number (p/n) -> here are details how to find them >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
Thank you for your cooperation.

With regards to the BIOS recovery, there are 2 types of recovery:
- using keyboard keys which loads previous BIOS image from build-in place
- using BIOS image which loads from a USB drive prepared prior to the operation
Have you tried them both ? Details are described in the article >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04126730
