searches not loading,will not download chrome

so why all of the sudden.both my laptops will not load nothin if i search for somethin it may pull up but when  i press the sute it never opens and also neither obe of my laptops will down koad google or chrone.

Are these new laptops running Windows 11? If so, you are likely making the mistake of using Edge browser -- MS's new version of Internet Explorer, and a recent Edge update probably is preventing you from downloading or installing anything -- in typical MS fashion!

You need to try using a different browser -- like Firefox or Opera or Vivaldi -- so see if any of them work.

And if they do, then do yourself a favor and quit using Edge.
