Hi,

Usually, secure boot is turned on and off in BIOS.

If you installed Windows 10 in Uefi mode it is mots likely turned on.

To enter BIOS

Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.

Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until startup menu appears.

Press F10 to enter BIOS.

Hope it helps,

David

Under the TAB system configuration you should see secure boot.

If not under system configuration it will be under Security

Hope it helps,

Is Legacy boot enabled?

Did you install Windows in legacy or uefi mode?

Can you enable secure boot?

Let me know,

David

OK.

Does the PC boot if you disable Legacy mode? (and leave secure boot disabled)

You installed Windows 10 in legacy mode. Most likely you will need to reinstall Windows in Uefi mode.

You can create a bootable USB drive with Windows 10 on it and reinstall. You will need to move your personal data to an external device and move back once you have installed Windows.

So turn off Legacy mode and turn on secure boot

Turn off the PC and insert USB drive created above

Turn on the PC and repeatedly keep hitting the ESC key until startup menu appears

Press F9 for boot menu and choose the USB EFI file

Install Windows 10. During installation choose custom install and delete all partitions. Install in unallocated space.

Hope it helps,

David
