Product: hp omen 16-b0000 laptop

Having issues booting with external usb cdrom drive and usb floppy drive from this laptop. These drives and boot cds/dvds work on all my other machines. 

I believe my BIOS has been corrrupted and want to restore the original from know good.

Cannot  restore my Win11 back to HP default from the recovery partition also so cannot repair OS to default even though the partition is still there.

I am also seeing ACPI errors at boot  from the BIOS which is affecting my external usb boot drives and media .

 

Want to get  BIOS F26 for windows 11 again but it is not available as a download anymore.

Anyone have the Win11 version? 

 

I do not want the most current BIOS at present as I want to use my recovery partition to get back to known good default. 

The latest BIOS may  make things worse.
