My HP Pavilion Laptop (model 15-eg2010nia, serial number: <personal Information removed> was stolen a few days ago. How can I lock my device and track it?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I understand that your Laptop was stolen. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to find the lost unit or track it.

However, you need to report the incident to your local law enforcement agency.

 

The Law Enforcement authorities should contact HP Security at 1-978-474-3651 or email asig@hp.com if they need any information concerning the lost, found, or stolen unit. This number is only to be used by Law Enforcement.
