sign in fingerprint is not working.

Hello Dear Community!

I'm facing  problem with sign in fingerprint  option. After installation of windows 10, 64 bit in my (Pro book 6570b). Everything was working perfectly before I installed the window but now my signin fingerprint and facelock  are not working, I have tried too much but cannot solved it. i need a driver to resolved my issue.

Hi:

HP used to have a W10 hotkey driver for your notebook but for some reason has removed it from the support page and the FTP site.

I was able to save the file years ago, so you can try it and see if that gets the brightness keys to work.

Follow the other forum members instruction for how to manually install the driver if you get the same error.

i need proper assistance. i followed your instruction (link) it opens to sky drive and then multiple documents shown. i don't know which one is to download and which one will properly work in my laptop. HP Pro Book 6570b window 10.
