HP Pavilion 15-cw0085nr SN [personal information removed] Product no. 3VQ08UA. I don't know what type of windows OS. Message is HARD DISK ERROR . Hard disk 1 (301) F2 system diagnostics. It suggested I go to HP website. So here I am asking for help. Should I just buy anew one?

I understand that you are facing issues with the HARD DISK ERROR.

 

This looks like a potential hardware issue. However, 

 

If you receive this error message, perform the following actions:

 

Back up your data

  • In Windows 10, use the File History backup feature to back up to an external drive or network location.
  • For more information, see Backup and Restore in Windows 10 (in English).
  • In Windows, search for and open Backup settings.
  • Click Add a drive. Windows searches your computer for usable backup drives.
  • Choose an external drive or network location to store your backup files.
