so i have this laptop with that crashed , non bootable from a friend , opened it up but it has no ssd or harddrive to transfer the data... where is the data stored ?
And how do you save or transfer it ?

You have too many characters in the product number you posted.

 

You probably have a 4wd87ua which provides the following information regarding the PC:

 

HP PartSurfer

 

It is one of those entry level notebooks that have a 64 GB eMMC flash storage drive integrated into the motherboard.

 

If you can't reinstall Windows on the drive, your only option to get it working again would be to replace the motherboard:

 

L24458-601
MOTHERBOARD UMA Cel N4000 64GeMMC WIN

 

The motherboard is no longer available from HP, so you would have to find one on the secondary market somewhere.

 

IMHO do not put any money into fixing that notebook.
