okay hello there, I hava an hp gaming laptop and since it is a gaming laptop I wanted to be able to play games on it, but the problem is that it heats up like crazy I tried a bunch of things to keep it at a fairly moderate temp but nothing seemed to work dor me. Then I downloaded a software called Notebook fan control I tweaked some settings and made the fans work at almost 90% then my pc automatically hibernated. When I open the pc an error dialoge appers that says Thermal Shutdown occured... bla bla, then I press enter . The laptop goes into hibernation the moment the lockscreen is displayed, not even giving me a chance to type in my password. I know there is nothing wrong with my laptops hardware since I boight it recently, the fan controlling software is the one that caused the problem so please help me gain access back to my laptop, I miss it.

About the only thing you can probably do at this point, is boot the PC into safe mode and see if that allows you to uninstall the app that is giving you problems.

Here are instructions for getting into safe mode in Win10:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode

Good Luck
