@Philip177,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard and touchpad are not working correctly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you uninstall the touchpad driver from the device manager and then download and install the driver from the below link and check if it helps.

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

Here is how it is done.

  1. Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
  2. Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
  3. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
  4. When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.

NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.

Also, follow the same steps for the keyboard issue.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

After I uninstall them the downloaded them again there have been no changes. The touchpad is still not working.

I'll be glad if you help me out with this

Thank you very much for your feedback.

I've already recovered from when it was working well but it didn't solve the problem. But when I updated the bios, it worked for about a day and stopped working. I've also reset the PC but it is still not working.
