Help please!!  I have these bubbles that keep popping up on my screen and a SECOND cursor that is controlling my computer. it opens and closes things and I have no control over it when it does this.  please help...

2.) What's the operating system installed on the computer? 

 

3.) Any recent changes made to the computer?
