Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the specter x360 15 convertible laptops on the HP website on September 25, 2020, and received it on December 23, 2020.
The computer worked very well and without any problems until Thursday, March 3, 2021. The laptop suddenly shut down without being connected to electricity. The bottom of the laptop got extremely hot and never turned on again.

The "warranty" started on October 29. (2 months before I even received it.)
The expiration date of my warranty was December 2, 2021.
3 months later the computer died.
Long story short. The warranty was for approximately 13 months and I was able to use it for only 14 months.

Doing research I noticed this problem has happened to hundreds of clients since 2017!!!!!! on this same model.

After this unfortunate event, the first thing I tried doing was obviously to contact customer service yet you charge a fee to be able to talk to a non-virtual agent. WHAT!!!??? REALLY!!!???. I just spent almost $2,000 bucks on a laptop that didn't even last a year and a half and you can't even give me proper customer service???

I am extremely upset over this matter since I did put a lot of heart and effort into it. This laptop was intended to be my working tool. I even customized some specs of this laptop (making it even more expensive) to make sure it was all gonna be worth my while. I wasn't able to buy this laptop overnight I had to save in advance.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND HELP ME WITH A SOLUTION.
