Hello,

Since some days, I get sporadic "black screens" on my laptop (as if the screen resolution was changed). These black screens are very short (~1sec).

I have checked in the windows event logger, and I have noticed that sometimes, I have two simultaneous services calls : igccservice and hp comm recovery, with the follwing detail : "service handled the PowerEvent".

These service calls happen when I plug/unplug the power supply, but sometimes, they continue to spam the windows event logger, each 5 seconds. I have noticed that when I get black screens, this is always during these moment.

Consequently, I think that there is "somewhere" a powerEvent (that I cannot track in the event log), which is generated continuously by an internal device... But I don't know how to debug this problem...

Could this be caused by a corrupted driver? What exaclty is doing "Hp Comm Recovery"? How to get the root PowerEvent that cause these service to trigger?

Thanks for your help
