Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the latest update of windows 10 18990 build the start menu no longer will open up.

The latest PRODUCTION version of Win10 is build 18362.387 -- NOT the build you are running.

 

You're running an Insider build, and those are basically Beta or Alpha versions -- and yours is essentially an Alpha version.

 

If you're going to run that on a production PC (i.e., one you use and rely on daily) you need to accept that stuff is not going to work, or stuff that used to work is now broken.
