when i boot get Bitlocker message

See this link from Microsoft for how to retrieve your notebook's BitLocker key.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If that doesn't help your only option would be to clean install Windows and use the diskpart utility to clean the disk.

 

All data on the drive is forever lost unless you can retrieve the BitLocker key.
