Hi @0915961020,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  1. When did the error start appearing after a Windows update, driver installation, or any hardware changes?
  2. Does the system crash immediately after startup, or does it happen randomly during use?
  3. Have you noticed any recent issues with hardware (like your hard drive or RAM) before the crashes?
  4. Can you still boot into Safe Mode?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your PC and hold Shift + Restart → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Enable Safe Mode. This helps isolate if a driver or software is causing the crash.
  • Run System File Checker: In Safe Mode, open Command Prompt as admin and type:
  • sfc /scannow

This will scan and repair corrupted system files.

  • Run DISM tool: In Command Prompt, type:
  • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

This can repair Windows image corruption that may trigger the error.

  • Check drivers: Update or roll back recent drivers, especially for graphics, storage, or network adapters. Outdated or incompatible drivers are often the culprit.
  • Check hardware: If possible, run memory diagnostics (Windows Memory Diagnostic) and check your hard drive for errors. Faulty RAM or storage can cause this stop code.
  • System Restore: If you have a restore point from before the issue started, restoring may fix the problem without losing your files.

I hope this helps.
