My HP laptop model 17-f221nr is stuck on power up saying preparing automatic repair. i have tried a lot to fix it. The only button that I can hit to access anything on power-up is the ESC button. I can then enter bios screen f10. boot menu f9, if I hit f11 for recovery it goes to preparing automatic repair screen again. it does the same when I press f8 as well. If anyone can help with this issue I sure would appreciate it.
