helloooo to start from the beginning i recently just got this hp pavilion early this week and i believe it was yesterday where i finished setting almost everything up but i saw that there was an update available so i installed that but when it was finished the update message was still there so i updated it again and this time it seemed that it worked but i saw i didn’t have audio this time. there was no audio input/output and i tried everything i could to fix it by troubleshooting to updating/reinstalling those driver things but nothing worked. i’ve never dealt with this audio issue before so i really didn’t know what to do. i also couldn’t download any other driver due to s mode so i felt stuck the only option i had was resetting the laptop and so i did. every since last night it’s been stuck on 88% installing windows. i turn the laptop on and off but still nothing. i read that there could be something off or an error and i’m sure it’s something i did with the drivers or not but is it possible to fix this issue by myself or do i need to find tech support lol thank you
