There is a much newer driver available than the one on your notebook's support page:

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers

RTL8822CE/RTL8822BE/RTL8821CE, version 2024.10.231.0

sp172538.exe

In the device manager, is there a device labeled as a Network Controller (Contrôleur de réseau)?

If there is, please post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs because the product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with a Realtek RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager

If you do not see a Contrôleur de réseau device listed there, then most likely it is a major software or hardware issue which would require reinstalling Windows or replacing the Wi-Fi adapter.
