Bonsoir,

sur mon PC HP  Pavillion 15, neuf , mis en service le 2/11/2023, dès la première tentative de connexion avec WIN Hello pour installer la connexion avec lecteur d'empreintes et par la suite le code PIN par défaut , il est apparu en cours de séquence le défaut: désolé une erreur s'est produite..... L'observateur d'évènement système signale : erreur critique le process SysInfoCap =>>fonctionnement arrêté.

Aujourd'hui ce défaut intervient à chaque tentative de configuration du code PIN.

L'application du lecteur d'empreintes digitales à été désinstallée et remise en fonction sans résultats.

Merci de me donner quelques pistes à explorer
