Dear Customer Service,

my laptop show HP STREAM 11 and intel inside odd.

I m look for   there none serial nuber, thats way all time blinking and popo up black screen. suspect kamera was spying camera, my friend told me all time

The claim about the camera could be correct, especially if you use it for facial recognition for signing into Windows, because it wasn't looking all the time, how would it see your face to do a login?

That aside, what is the real issue here -- it's not clear from your comments.
