cloud recovery tool, go to link for pro models go to ms store for home models, click start and type msinfo32, open for number of laptop the tool asks for, need 32gb min usb or wont work,

There are two versions of the HP cloud recovery tool.
One is for business class PC's as you stated. That is called the HP cloud recovery client.
HP Business PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Download Tool | HP® Customer Support
Then there is another one that supports various model HP consumer class PC's built in 2016 or later called the HP cloud recovery tool.

thanks i should have read the hp web page more thorough so see that,, i downloaded the tool from the first link i saw, that was under my computer downloads section, hp dumb **bleep**, not knowing you need the tool from the Microsoft store for home models, they had to make things confusing a, and the system number detected automatically did not work , i had to open msinfo32 to get correct number, strange,,
