Product: HP Laptop 15s-dy3000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

system gets stuck mid way suddenly while using office (excel, word, and power point) and pdf reader.

Needs to be closed used task manager.

In case of pdf readers it occurs while scrolling.

In office it occurs abruptly while working.

I regularly install all updates, still the issue persists.
