Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1.I am using 64 bit windows 10 system.  But still install 32 bit version only

2,system purchase India. but browsher show us.

3. Recovery tool aslo give us version only. how to get India version

You said you installed Windows yourself (bad idea) so where did you get it from?  If you downloaded it from Microsoft, you probably got the US version by default.  You might be able to change it using a language pack -- but you would have to do your own research on that, download the pack from MS, and install it yourself.
