i cant find the hp factory recovery software anywhere..where can i get it from? someone please advise..thanks..product id# is 3TT16UA#ABA.

HP Recommended

HP has withdrawn support for the Cloud recovery tool since your notebook is over 5 years old.

 

If you want the original HP factory recovery image USB, the only place that I know of where you can find that would be from this vendor at the link below:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home ML - 64 Recovery Kit Part Number L49933-001 For Laptop Model Num...

 

Note that you can always reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
