The system started booting into the bitlocker recovery key screen. Diagnostics passes everything. symptoms tests are all pass. Going through system recovery, it lets me select reset system, goes through the question then after it restarts, it boots to the bitlocker recovery page and prompts to enter the bitlocker code, i do then it boots to an HP logo screen sits there for a while (20 minutes or so) then loads the bitlocker recovery screen again, this time with a secure boot error. I've done this a few times. I created a Windows 11 installer, it boots to it, but cant find storage, i got the RST drivers load them when prompted to but still doesn't see storage. I took out the ssd and mounted on another computer and did a surface scan, all good.. any help would be much appreciated

Hi @Alex11377
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It seems you are facing a persistent issue with BitLocker recovery screen and secure boot error during restart. Here are some steps and considerations you can take to resolve the issue:
Steps to Resolve BitLocker Recovery Loop and Secure Boot Error
Ensure Recovery Key Availability:
- First, ensure you have the correct BitLocker recovery key. You can retrieve it from your Microsoft account, if you saved it there during setup. Use another device to visit Microsoft's recovery key page for retrieval.
Temporarily Disable Secure Boot:
- Access the BIOS setup on your HP device by restarting and pressing either the ESC or F10 key when prompted.
- Navigate to the Security or Boot Configuration section and temporarily disable Secure Boot. Save your changes and exit, then restart your computer.
Check BIOS Settings:
- Make sure that your BIOS settings are configured correctly, especially with boot order and drive settings. Improper settings could cause boot failures.
BitLocker Drive Encryption Suspension:
- If you can access Windows, temporarily suspend BitLocker protection by going to Control Panel -> BitLocker Drive Encryption -> Suspend Protection.
Perform System Recovery:
- Attempt system recovery through Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). Access WinRE by power cycling the computer three times consecutively to bring up recovery options, and select System Restore if possible.
Update or Reflash BIOS:
- Although it might not be necessary, if issues persist, consider updating or reflashing your BIOS using HP Device Manager or the BIOS Flash Update Softpaq utility. Always ensure BitLocker is suspended before performing BIOS updates.
Please remember that disabling Secure Boot may temporarily expose your system to vulnerabilities, so it's advisable to re-enable it once the boot issue is resolved.
