I had a blue screen with error message
Stop Code Unexpected kernel mode trap.
Took it to Geek Squad and advice was to factory reset.
Now the Recovery Manager is saying the restoration did not complete. Please select one of the following buttons: save log, details or retry. The back black screen states 6 lines of: The system cannot find the drive specified.
What do I do now?

Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
It may be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool and you can try making a bootable USB recovery drive which would be equivalent to a factory reset if it works.
Here is an info link for the cloud recovery tool. Normally PC's made in 2016 and later are supported.
