Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

One day I come from home because my computer was acting up because the Wi-Fi kept turning on and off every three seconds so I decide to advanced restart the laptop to fix it and once I did that the auto repair screen kept on coming back so I decide to shut down the laptop and turn it on again to see if that’ll work but it said the cooling fan wasn’t operating properly so I open the laptop and decide to clean it which when I open the laptop again it was the same but it didn’t say that the fan wasn’t working but it I said system thread exception not handled and I can’t fix it and it happened yesterday and also the System

imagery also says that windows cannot find a imagery on my laptop and my laptop wouldn’t go to safe mode which is the only thing that can fix it, if anybody has a solution pls help
