Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Rumour is that this is a partition created by Microsoft as a side-effect of their Windows Update fuction.
Lots of folks have reported this and standard means of removing it (i.e., Disk Management) do NOT appear to work.
So, it's something that MS wants on our disks and does NOT want us to remove.
Personally, I would just leave it alone.
