Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When i using my pc randomly this issue arrives  i cant open my task bar or notification menu .when i try to open it suddenly closes . another example is watching films or you tube if i play video in full screen it automatically  minimizes to small screen  . anyone know what is this problem please help😥
