Product: HP Laptop 17-by0XXX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I am unable to log in to my usual profile. I receive a message that I cannot be signed in and then I am forced to operate from a temporary profile. I have no access to any of my files. Anyone out there who can help? I am using Windows 10 on my HP laptop.

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please try these steps
- Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F11 till you get to the Windows Recovery Manager Screen
- Click on Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.
- In Command Prompt, type the following command, and then hit Enter:
Net user administrator /active:yes - Restart your PC, login to Administrator
- Try to backup your files or create another New Admin Account
Thank you
