hello can someone please help me?? in the last couple of weeks the Tethering option has disappeared on my laptop, so I'm not longer able to use my laptop on location...... I'm  desperate for help please

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... 

 

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

 

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to publish it in public.

hello thank you for the downloads, I've pressed  on all the downloads you've sent me. do I then need to open them all in the downloads on the laptop or are the updates automatic once I reboot the laptop?  I'm really worried I might cause  problem

After each download you have to execute the file in Windows to start Install/Update. Please note the order of the downloads. If you get confused, delete all files downloaded from HP and start again.
