Hi @iggywiggy1234, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I’ve got you! 😊 Since the administrator account is disabled, you won’t be able to enter a password or reset it normally. Here’s what you can do to enable the admin account and gain access:
Option 1: Enable Administrator Account in Safe Mode
1️⃣ Restart your laptop and keep pressing F11 (or Shift + F8) until the Advanced Startup menu appears.
2️⃣ Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
3️⃣ When the laptop restarts, press 4 or F4 to enter Safe Mode.
4️⃣ Once in Safe Mode, press Win + R, type cmd, and hit Enter.
5️⃣ In the Command Prompt, type: net user administrator /active:yes
6️⃣ Press Enter, then restart your laptop. You should now see the Administrator account on the login screen!
Option 2: Factory Reset Your Laptop (if needed)
1️⃣ Turn off the laptop.
2️⃣ Press F11 while turning it on (this opens the Recovery Mode).
3️⃣ Select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove everything.
4️⃣ Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your laptop.

HI @iggywiggy1234,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that the previous steps didn’t resolve the issue, and I know how frustrating that can be. In this case, the best option would be to perform a clean installation of Windows using a USB flash drive. To proceed, you’ll need a 32GB USB drive and access to another Windows 10 PC to create the recovery media.
Please try the steps shared from the link: Click Here
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
