hi - it appears that the battery on my HP Pavillion Laptop 15t-cs200 CTO no longer
holds a charge.
While i understand I need a new battery I am finding little to no information on the
replacement model, where to get it and importantly how to install it as the battery
does not pop out underneath as i am accustomed to.
As my warranty is expired i am receiving no information except by virtual assistant
by HP Support.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.

You came to the right place.
Your HP Pavilion 15t-Cs200 CTO, according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06248419.pdf, is either fitted with the HP p/n: L32654-005 "Battery 4C 68Wh 4.45Ah LI LG04XL", or the HP p/n: L11119-855 "Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT03XL" -please verify. Probably the latter.
Quality replacement batteries can be purchased online such as via Amazon.
