Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I use an HP Laptop with windows 10.

The copy/paste feature doesn't work in the clipboard

I have performed check desk and scan disk and it still doesn't work.

That is Windows thing, not HP machine. Please try to RESET few Windows services:
