I purchased a new HP touch screen Notebook - 15-db1003dx on 16 June. I installed all Windows 10 updates the following day, shortly after I start receiving alerts on the HP Support Assistant task bar ICON, go to messages and have updates for drivers to include display, audio, WiFi adapter etc. Some install most did not stating "driver not supported on this OS version. I noticed You Tube, Netflix and other sites videos load slowly on both Edge and Chrome browsers, worst on Edge. Sound also lags behind a few seconds after video starts, Web pages unresponsive on Edge with POP up on bottom prompting "Recover Web Page" On Chrome the twirling circle for minute or more before web page loads. I contact HP support Live Chat Assistance. The Technician spent 2 hours working on the problem via remote link. Updating drivers via Device Manager prompt for Microsoft internet driver search etc. Updating to new version of HP Support Assistant, Windows 10 updates, resetting browser settings to default. My best advice to you is check for most recent updates to windows 10 and install them. Down load and install the newest version of HP Support Assistant then select the check for updates tab and down load and install all updates. Restart computer when prompted, If you have AMD display graphics Down load the display driver from the AMD web site. The tech fixed the sound problem and Video load time on Chrome but not the video load response on Edge or web page response on Edge browser. What fixed it for me was downloading the AMD display graphics driver from AMD.
