I have updated the drivers and the mentioned keys do not work could give me a solution or the reference of the keyboard of this laptop to be able to change it

As I understand you are facing issues with the keyboard in the notebook.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
How long are you facing this issue?
Any accidental damage happened like a liquid spill or something like that?
Meanwhile, Please try the steps given below:
Re-start the notebook and keep tapping F2. You will reach the system diagnostics page.
Run a test with the keyboard under component test and let me know the results. 🙂
