@saratkottakki, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It appears that your HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop is experiencing a boot error related to a missing or corrupt system driver, specifically nllVmm.sys, with the error code 0xc000007b. This typically indicates a problem with kernel or system drivers essential for starting Windows.

Possible Solutions:

BIOS Update:

  • Ensure your BIOS is updated to the latest version. For the issues encountered with HP Spectre x360 models, updating the BIOS can sometimes resolve such errors.
  • You can download the BIOS update from HP’s official site: HP Driver and Software Downloads. Check for Windows 11 support.

Recovery with SoftPaq:

  • HP offers a SoftPaq for updating BIOS, which might help in resolving boot-related issues.
  • Download and install the SoftPaq to update the BIOS. Refer to SP111176 File Download for downloading the BIOS update.

BitLocker Considerations:

  • Ensure BitLocker settings are correctly configured, as this can impact the ability to boot. You might need to temporarily disable BitLocker during troubleshooting.

Recovery Options:

  • If no installation media is available and recovery modes fail to start, consider using another PC to download the media creation tool from Microsoft’s website to build a bootable USB drive for recovery purposes.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
