Product: hp elitebook 840 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my laptop 3 months ago, EliteBook 84 g6 core i5 8th gen and I've been experiencing this problem for a week now. The problem is that my computer have been shutting down  at 77percent and it wont turn on unless I connect the charger, I upgraded to windows 11 a few days ago
