when trying to install os in new SSD using hp cloud recovery this error i coming

the recovery attempt has failed select one of the following buttons..

save log  - details  -  retry

kindly help me to solve this issue

What is the model of the new SSD?  Can you provide a link to the new SSD?  Were there any reviews of the device you bought?

 

Did you attempt to clone the old SSD to the new one?
